A Jersey-girl born and raised, I live in North Carolina for much of the year as a student at High Point University. One of the hardest things I think I will experience over the next four months is missing my home away from home there. I really love my school and the people there but I know great things await me.

Ever since we went on our first family vacation on a cruise
ship in 2005, I fell in love with nautical life. I do not know anyone else
embarking on this voyage of a lifetime…and that is one of the most exciting
things on the horizon! I cannot wait to see new faces and make new friends from
all over the country, and the world.
Follow me as I sail the world and make my mark. After all, "do
not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a
trail." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
The best way to contact me while I am on the high seas is via e-mail or this blog. Unfortunately, the e-mail address below does not support attachments. Cell phone use is extremely limited, as international charges are very high. For my friends with iPhones, please consider downloading the apps "Viber" and/or "Whatsapp" as they will allow us to communicate via wifi for free. I will try to check both my email and blog as often as I can!
Please note that Wifi on the ship is quite terrible so I will probably only be able to log onto my blog while in port. Thanks!!
